The children in Kingfisher Class hosted the assembly this week and told the parents and the rest of the school what they had learnt about Spring. The children shared their work, which included checklists of items found in spring, sentences about what they see in spring, ‘what am I’ poems of spring items, measuring daffodils with rulers, paintings of daffodils and their visit to Hall Farm. The children also said a daffodil rhyme and shared their stories they had written independently. The children received their merit certificates from Mrs Bilner and well done certificates from Miss Jones. The children were very proud. Well done Kingfisher Class a great assembly.
