Woodpeckers Share Their Achievements

On Friday 6th October,  the relatives of the children in Woodpecker class came in for a sharing afternoon. The children got to share their work with their parents and read aloud the work they were most proud of for their parents to hear. The children had their books out for parents to look through and explained how they had completed the activities. The children showed off their new and improved pre cursive and cursive handwriting that they were pleased with. Parents enjoyed hearing a number bonds poem written by the children and got to see their Mondrian artwork. The children shared their favourite class books with their relatives and parents got a sneak peak of the children practicing the song:  ‘3 times table Uptown Funk”. Well done Woodpeckers! This term you have done lots of great work to be super proud of!!!
