The first school council meeting of the school year took place this week. Miss Jones spoke to the children about the responsibilities of being on the School Council and the aims of the council. The children shared their ideas and were asked to think about what they would like to talk about at future meetings. They also made the their first decision as some children had been complaining about the mess in the KS1 toilets. The school council came up with the idea to have two boys toilets and two girls toilets in the Kingfishers and Woodpeckers toilet room to see if it helped the situation. This will be monitored to see if their is an improvement. Great work School Council.
