Weighing, Measuring and Comparing in Woodpeckers.

This half term The Woodpeckers have been focusing on ‘Shape, space and measure’ in the Maths and have been measuring different things. They used cm and m to measure the distances cars travelled along the floor; g and kg to measure objects and ml and l to measure how much water was in the jugs. They even had a go at working out measurements where not all numbers on the scales were there by looking at the lines between each number. Well done Woodpeckers!
