Recently, the Woodpeckers stepped on board Woodpecker Airlines with their passports and boarding passes ready to fly to Kenya! They have been learning about Kenya as part of their Geography topic and so they boarded the class plane to go and find out all about Kenya. The children put on their sun glasses and sun hats as it was so hot in Kenya. The children visited the tourist information centre where they learnt lots of facts about Kenya before going off on safari to see the sights and famous animals in Kenya. The children had a lovely time and learnt lots of good facts which they wrote in their fact files. Then it was time to get back on the plane and come back to England. Well done Woodpeckers!
