The children in Year One have been learning about the Seasons in Science. The children learned about the four different seasons in the UK. They briefly explored what the weather is like in different seasons and what important events there are in each season. The children were then asked to think about the clothes they wear in winter and how the trees look in winter. They learned what the word weather means and how it can be measured. Miss Jones and the children walked to the weather station and used it to observe, measure and record the weather in autumn. Great work Kingfishers.
