Forest Fun

The children enjoyed another ‘Forest Fun’ session with Mrs Clark and Mrs Martin. The children got changed into their outside clothes and headed out to the Forest Fun area. They went on a bug hunt, looking under logs, in the grass and on the leaves ticking off the bug they found on their checklist. They were cleaning in the mud kitchen and sand pit, they coloured in wood to make rainbows and circles. They played cave men and made dens. They used the screwdrivers to fix two pieces of wood together with screws. They persevered when it got hard and were able to use the screwdriver correctly. They were very pleased with themselves. They used the palm drills to make holes in discs to make their own name tags.
