The children in Kingfishers class had a visit from PC Johnson (CPT officer). He came to talk to them about being a police officer. He told the children all about his uniform and the equipment he carries. He spoke to the children about what the police does and how they travel about. He also told them about how to call the police in an emergency and what an emergency is. The children went outside to see the police car and listened to the sirens and saw the lights. The children had the opportunity to try some of the police uniform on if they wanted to. The children listened well and enjoyed PC Johnson’s visit.
