Year 5 angles

The 4 x 4s Maths challenge

Some of the Year 6 children have been enjoying the 4x4s challenge. They had to make the numbers 1-50 using only the digit 4 (4 times). In order to complete this challenge, some KS3 Maths knowledge was needed so this really extended their problem solving skills.

Wolsey Theatre Company – Grandad Anansi

The children welcomed the Wolsey Theatre Company in to school as they performed the play Grandad Anansi. It was absolutely brilliant! The children listened to the story and songs as the story was acted out. The children really enjoyed the play.
