Salt Dough Volcanoes

To start our science topic on ‘Rocks’, Woodpeckers class made their own salt dough volcanoes.  We then created magma and watched it as it came out of the volcano as ‘lava’.   This showed us how extrusive igneous rocks are made.

Letter From The King

Kingfishers Class were very excited as they had received a very important letter. Mrs Clark opened the envelope and read the letter from Thomas Claridge (Head of Royal Correspondence) who was writing on behalf of the King. Genome Research Campus Visit

Money Sense Workshop

The Swans have been learning about identity fraud. They took part in a workshop run by ‘Natwest’ Bank and learnt about the ways in which criminals try and claim your identity so that they can then apply for bank loans or mortgages.
