Leaf Confetti

In craft club the children collected leaves to make leaf confetti. The children ripped the leaves in to small pieces to create the confetti. The children used their confetti to create the hedgehog’s spikes.  

Autumn Leaves

This week at Craft Club the children created ‘Autumn Leaves’. They coloured leaf shapes in using Autumn colours and used wool to wrap round the leaves. The children had lots of fun and were very good at helping each other.

Vex Club

On Wednesday evening a group of Swans started a Vex club. Over the next few weeks, they will build a Vex ‘model’ which can then be programmed to perform different tasks. We hope in the future to compete with other schools in a Vex robot competition. We will keep you updated on the progress.

Fencing Fun

Tag Rugby Festival

On Thursday 24th November a team from Swans class took part in a Tag Rugby Festival at Ipswich Rugby club. They did very well on what was a very cold afternoon; winning 3 games out of 5.  

Football Tournament

Some of our Swans class  were involved in a recent football tournament. They played 5 matches against other schools; they won one, drew two and lost two.  It was quite a cold and wet afternoon, but all the boys had fun and played really well.

Maths and English Club

‘Start Active’ Breakfast Club

Monday 31st October saw 9 children join us for the very first day of the Start Active Breakfast Club being run by Premier Sport. The children spent their time on some brain gym activities before tucking into a snack of orange juice & toast!
