Children were invited to take part in the ELSA study run by researchers at the University of Birmingham. The ELSA study is a screening programme for children, aged 3-13 years to find out their risk of getting type 1 diabetes.
The children in Kingfishers and Woodpeckers Class were very lucky as they got to watch the Wolsey Theatre company put on the play – Hare and Tortoise. It was absolutely brilliant, the children loved it!

On Thursday 14th December the children in Kingfishers and Woodpeckers class were very lucky as they had a story telling session with ‘Tilly the Tale Spinner’. ‘Tilly the Tale Spinner’ told the children lots of Christmas tales.
