The Swans had lunch at The Shed in Sproughton to celebrate the end of their WW2 topic. They enjoyed being quizzed by Berty about their topic and had an opportunity to sit inside an air raid shelter and look at the WW2 memorabilia.

Today, two coaches from Hadleigh Rugby Club came to lead us in the first of three rugby sessions. The girls and boys were taught separately. They practised passing and tactics. They were all amazing!

On Friday 3rd October, we held our annual harvest assembly in the school. The children read prayers; retold a Greek Harvest story; explained to others about harvest around the world and sang songs. Thank you to all who joined us and for the generous food donations which will be sent to the Colchester Food Bank.
